It all started with two brothers, an electric guitar, an old set of drums and a lot of 'angel of harlem'.... we played songs of U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers (sounds really lovely without bassguitar...) and Pearl Jam. Then, fortunately, a good friend of the two brothers (let's rather say a third brother) took control over them drums which left the singer concetrating on his howling and screaming. We wrote our first own song 'USCHI'(which in fact the two brothers wrote alone and recorded it 'live', singing, playing drums and guitar all at once...). Then came a new era...: 'SIEBERTCHEN'. Still recorded 'live' with two old record-players (used as amplifiers), an old amplifier and an old tape-deck and a lot of cables, our 'new' drummer had his debut with the band called 'narooma' at that time. We had seen those fantasmgoric lands where making music can take you...and we were hungry to get more of itWe started buying better studio-equipment which ended in a Tascam 4-track and Hard-disk-recording fazilit�ten. We compiled our first CD: SAVINGS SPAGHETTI. It contained our first songs like 'USCHI' but it also featured early versions of 'HOME','SHIFTERS HEAVEN' and 'JUNE'. Then again something new had started with 'BEHIND YOUR SMILE' and 'MY RIA', which we gave to friends on a two-track-cd called 'PREVIEW'. After recording the next two songs we compiled the next 4-track-cd called 'MORNING DAWN' containing 'BEHIND YOUR SMILE','MY RIA', 'THE PEAK' and 'MORNING DAWN'. Now 'PLACENTA' is the latest compilation with some new songs and some old songs born again. don't forget to check out | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
