Gabe Cardoza(vocals, guitars, percussion, keyboards) has been a performing artist for over fifteen years. He started when he was just over 4 years old. He grew up with musical influence from artists like The Beatles, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Doors, Led Zepplin and Janis Joplin; which were all groups that his mother used to listen to.
He soon grew into harder music. Groups like AC/DC, Guns N' Roses and Skid Row were the core of his influence. This is what spawned his first band- "The Rising". Still, he soon grew bored of this style and wanted something more.
He couldn't have discovered Metal at a better time. He had been introduced to Metallica by the time he was in 8th grade. This opened new doors for Gabe. Groups like Slayer, Pantera and Death now paved his way into the aggressive release he had been dreaming of.
Songs written with "Beneath The Surface" represent the true sound of his feelings, and the intensity of his emotion.
