Death of a Dictionary was the first album Live ever released, under their previous name of Public Affection. It was only released on cassette, with a very limited number of copies. If you came across an original copy today you could expect to pay between $200 and $500 US. However, MP3s of the songs on Death of a Dictionary are readily available on the net (see below).
The album is similar in style to Mental Jewelry, with strong tracks such as Saviour for a Day and Who Put the Fear in Here?. The album also features a more complicated version of Good Pain, which also appears on Mental Jewelry.
