OMEGA
Breezes blow but nothing's felt,
The sea churns but nothing stirs.
The last bugle call,
The shadows return home.
The plain of remorse spread,
Dunes of fear and passion fed.
The last ascent,
The angels all bow.
Placed up high the crimson ribbon,
The entrance to the myriad heaven,
The gates thus open,
The knocking thus ceased.
The sulphur spews forth countless sins,
Shadows ingest countless souls.
Repent as yet,
Before the bells do toll.
We are but lambs cast forth to the slaughter,
Yet in the sacrifice ourselves do we seek.
Seek our souls do find,
A shepherd's dream both yours and mine.
