The following are the legal constraints and sanctions upon which Planet En Vogue (P.E.V) abide by.

P.E.V is a website created as a "fan site". P.E.V is in no way connected with En Vogue's record company Elektra, or any related merchandising or promotions.

Copyright is held to all text and graphics as spelled out by the Commonwealth Copyright Act (CCA).

This Australian Act runs concurently international copyright treaties/laws.

"En joy! En Vogue!" and "Planet En Vogue" are concepts created by P.E.V and permission must also be attained for the use of these slogan. (though why anyone would want to use them we have no idea).

By entering this site you are bounded by these and other leagal constraints as applicable with the use of the internet.

Planet En Vogue also places emphasis on constructive use of the web, not just as a place for entertainment, thus it is paramount that we protect our rights to "resoponsible free speech", whilst preserving the standards of society and promoting the social responsibilty we all hold. Hence we support the following free speech organisations.
