As you know Bone Thugs ~N~ Harmony's lyrics can get you caught up in the mellow mood and soothing piano lines provided by D.J. U-neek. Not only can the music of each song be drasticly different from one song to the next......So can the lyrics. Ranging from battleing satin in hell to asking the lord the meaning to life. It is like a trademark that is held by the one and only Bone Thugs ~N~ Harmony.
As most of you know their hit "days of our lives" was released shortly after their hit "Tha Crossroads (D.J. U-Neeks's Mo' Thug Remix".
"Tha Crossroads" a rather unusual song depicts tha death of Wi$h's uncle Charles, and in the video the Death of the Founder of Ruthless Records, Easy-E and Wally (a friend of Bone). Tha original "E.99 Eternal" album changed track #8 from the original not so popular "Crossroad" to tha song that realy set the album sells "Tha Crossroads (D.J. U-Neek's Mo' Thug remix". Unlike a normal remix of a song not only was the music changed but so was the lyrics. Which to me was a surprise when I heard that it was a remix because I am always on top of what B.O.N.E. is up to. Hearing their latests projects before they are released to the public, I thought it was going to be another song not a remix. Either way the song is still bumpin on my speakaz. (It's just to bad that there was a reason to do the song.)
