I was one of the many people that saw the pay-per-view when Owen's accident happened. I thank the WWF for not showing any of pictures of Owen on his last few minutes alive.
The next night WCW, a competor for ratings against WWF, mentioned about the accident and sent there condolences. I think that is the coolest thing I've ever seen WCW do. WWF also had plans to make a tribute to the life and times of Owen Hart. Many of the wrestlers and officals of the WWF gave there own special video tributes. Among the wrestlers: Mick Foley (Mankind, Dude Love, Cactus Jack), Jessie James, A close friend Jeff Jarret and Debra, Shane McMahon, and Pat Patterson to name a few. All of the wrestlers who had macthes that night wore O.H. armbands wicth simbolized the passing on. The most memorible moment of the night is when Jeff Jarret exicuted the Sharpshooter on Test. The Sharpshooter was the finishing move of Owen Hart. Another moment is when Stone Cold Steve Austin gave his tribute in his own special way.
