GREAT  FACTS (and NEWS)
I THINK YOU ALL SHOULD KNOW
FEBRUARY 1998
Hey I got some info on Aaron's Canadian album...
Nick did the background vocal on the 'Please Don't Go Girl' song.
One of the song in the album is written by BRIAN LITTRELL and NICK CARTER!! It is titled 'Ain't That Cute'.

Backstreet Boys have yet released another video called "Backstreet's Back Behind The Scenes". The cover are very much alike Backstreet's Back CD.... Hmm, actually this is a November news (Ouch!)... But hey... better late than never! OK, this vid contains the making of Everybody and a footage of All I Have To Give, also As Long As You Love Me behind the scenes!

BRIAN IS HAVING A HEART SURGERY!!! The surgery is nothing too major. He's having it at the end of April. It's becuz of all the touring and stuff that they have been doing, his heart is not as strong as it should be. After the surgery, there'll be a 2 months recup period..... then the guys will record a 3rd album, and then they'll go to Western Canada.
Thanks to Mich.

There's a book about the Backstreet Boys being released in the US... it's called "From Florida With Love" and it's published by the Sterling/Macfadden Publishing (if I'm correct) The price is $5.95....
I don't really know the details so please somebody help me!

Did you know...... BSB's first award is a Smash Hits Award? Well, now you know.
MARCH 1998
Sunday, March 15th, 1998, The Backstreet Boys, together with 'N Sync, Lyte Funkie Ones, Solid Harmonie, 95 South, Vanilla Ice and 12 other Orlando based bands raised over $245,000 for tornado relief efforts. The concert was held for almost 9,000 screaming people in the parking lot of the Hard Rock Café at Universal Studios, for nearly 4 hours.
Raffle sales and a silent auction have made up much of the donations. The grand prize for the raffle was a lunch date with Howie!!!! $2000 was raised in the raffle alone. One of the silent auction items was for another lunch date with Howie. By the end of the day, the highest bid was for $5500. Just as the number was written down, another woman grabbed the clipboard and wrote down $5501. At which point, the lady that wrote down $5500, took the clipboard and tapped the second lady over the head with it. Backstreet Manager Donna Wright, asked what the problem was. Then, just to raise even more money, she decided that they both should have lunch with Howie, and only for $5000 each. So, a total of $12000 was raised, and Howie now has 3 good meals when he comes home.

Don't you know that the BSB's gonna perform at the World Music Awards 1998? Well my source said they will, and that the World Music Awards will be on May 6th. Gotta see it! But I don't know if the BSB would be nominated or not. We'll just have to wait.
