Ppl ask me who's Mandy. She is just a girl - she is no pop star or anything. The rumor is that Nick and her are only friends now. So ladies, you can breathe now....

Nick and his mum Jane were on TRL and they're with Puff Daddy!! Woo-hoo! So Nick chatted to him whenever he had the chance between the shoot and all. Nick and his mum were promoting the book 'The Heart and Soul of Nick Carter'.

That 10,000 Promises vid that is released only in MTV Asia is actually from BSB's performance on VIVA UNPLUGGED. We don't get the CD or any recordings of VIVA Unplugged so I think itz fair enuff that we get that song as a single! And the song is just *sigh* too kool....... (MUST check out my sounds section!!)

I've heard the song called "Show Me The Meaning" and "I'll Be The One" somewhere on the net which are sooo fine, they will be on 3rd album so watch out for those!

Hey, I've got something that you may find amusing.
I saw AJ and Howie on the Hit List Halloween special, too. AJ was sayin' that they shouldn't say what Nick was, I noticed that Howie said quietly, "Nick was like Sheik Man." I found this quite funny, because if you didn't know, 'Durex SHEIK' is a brand of condoms. I don't want to jump to conclusions, so I'll let you do the rest of the thinking. (LOL!!)
Hummm... letz see.. maybe Nick was the Sheik Of Arabia, but why did they have to cover it up? Doesn't make any sense, huh? Maybe he was a *SHEIK* Man!!! :-D

Brian has written a new song called "Touch Of Your Hand" which will be on their new album. And Brian has got himself a new dog!!!! It's a Chihuahua and his name is "Little Tike". He got Little Tike on September during the US tour in LA, and he said it was 'love at first sight'. Since then Tike has been touring with the BSB and the boys love him so much. Kev said he plays a lot and often chews on their shoes! Click here to download a pic of Tike, Brian and Kev together. They're soooooooooooo CUTE!!!! Little Tike is not on the INBYH vid, as most of you would think. Tike was only 13 weeks old at that moment so no, it wasn't him. It was Speedy, and AJ and Brian cuddles the dog almost all the time during filming.

BSB on Oprah, finally!!!! No dates are confirmed yet.

AJ hosted Light Funky Ones' show in Pleasure Island, Orlando on Nov 21. Light Funky Ones (LFO) is also a TransCon band, and they onetime played an official basketball game with our Boys in Germany. I don't know anything else about them.

Innocense are on Aaron's "Shake It" vid, and BJ or Angel (I'm not sure) was in there too.

Nick said to German mag 'Bravo' that he's bringing out a solo album! He says his first CD will be out by fall of 1999. After the release of BSB's 3rd alb - probably on early February - every one of them will also start their solo career but at the same time, still staying in the band. Nick says he will sing in Bryan Adams' style, softrock, and lovesongs. He has recorded some songs and after done with BSB WorldTour (will be finish on June 1999) BSB will take a long break. By then he will go in the studio to record his alb.
Nick says he wants to help Aaron in anyway he can, such as directing his videos, writting the scripts, and all behind-the-camera work. Nick and Aaron is said to be recording a duet "Some Guys Have All The Luck", which is a re-make song (first sung by Rod Stewart). The song will be out in Germany by Xmas. And Nick says, he will come to Germany on tour in the year 2000. A long time to come, but I wish the very best for him. (And to the rest of the Backies of corse...)

Anyway, Nick performed half the shows they have in Detroit on US Tour, WEARING A BALD WIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 'Got Milk?' ad should be out around January!!!

The video, "A Night Out With The Backstreet Boys" got delayed 'til November 17th.

Anyone saw the MuchMusic lately? I wanna confirm that this news is correct:
Brian and Leigh-Anne have BROKE UP!!! They were on MuchMusic when the guy asked if B-rok was still seeing anyone, and he said no, that he was going out with Leigh-Anne, he pointed to her in the audience, and she came up and was talking about how their still friends and all sorts of stuff......AND Nick and Kev are taken!!!! You may not believe this! Kev is with choreographer FATIMA ROBINSON and it's true that Nick is going out with Mandy! The boys and Mandy were staying at a hotel, when the other guys (besides Nick) came out to sign autographs, Mandy cameout and told the fans to stop all the screaming it was huring her ears! Then Nick came out, let ppl take a few pix, then started kissing her in
front of everyone!!!

They were on the Hit List's Halloween special! They said that once about 3 years ago they went to Japan over Halloween and being Americans they still wanted to celebrate Halloween even if the Japanese didn't! So they took stuff they had and came up with
some weird costumes! Howie was Captain Slipper Man, he took everybody's slippers and put them on all over himself on top of his PJ's. AJ was either a crow or a scarecrow but he said he also had some obscenities that he couldn't talk about! Kevin put on a robe and put a lampshade on his head and was Raiden from Mortal Combat. They wouldn't say what Nick was. And Brian was a sumo wrestler! He had a sheet wrapped around him like a diaper and thats all! He also had toilet paper in his hair to look like dreads. And then of
course they went into the BSB vid Everybody (Backstreet's Back).

AJ was asked how many pairs of sunglasses he had and he said he probably only had like four cuz he always lost them. Later he took of his hat and his hair was short (just freshly cut in Toronto) and it was bright yellow! On "why doesn't Nick ever take his shirt off, even Aaron does!" AJ and Howie both sorta went uh oh! Like they didn't want to talk about it. Howie seemed sorta surpirsed that Aaron takes off his shirt and AJ said he did and one time he ripped it off and was trying to flex his abs and AJ was like "you little dork!" It was FUNNY! And then Howie said that Nick was uncomfortable with it and AJ said that Nick puts on his baseball cap and has his baby face and goes out there and uses his voice! For the older guys its sorta a cool sexual thing! AJ said sexuality and then was like "oh, big word" and Howie put his hand over his mouth like it was a bad word! Then she asked them how often they worked out and they said they barely ever did cuz they r so busy just the daily push ups and crunches.
AJ said he had always been skinny and no matter how much he ate he stayed skinny and that it would catch up to him and when he was 30 he'd be on Oprah saying "I used to ba a Backstreet Boy but then I got to o fat! Sorry" and Howie was like "Fatstreet Boy" it was really funny! And Howie said when he was young he was skinny and then he hit the akward puberty stage and had a jelly roll thing going on and AJ was like "I saw those pictures boy, chunk!" and then Howie said he got slimmer again as he got older but he had to watch what he ate!

"The Heart and Soul of Nick Carter: Secrets Only A Mother Knows", is coming out on Nov 16. Nick and his mom, Jane, are gonna be on MTV's Total Request Live on Nov 20 to promote the book.

All I Have To Give will be released on November 16, but it is for Radio only. The commercial single will be out on January 8.

MTV is having a Spanking New Video Week from Nov 15 - 21.

BSB will be performing at the 1998 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on December 7. It will be shown on Fox at 8pm ET - 7pm Central, 6pm Pacific.

Let The Music Heal Your Soul has 4 tracks on it: the radio version, 2 instrumental, and the  unplugged version.

That Nick book which is written by Jane Carter is gonna be out real soon!

'All I Have To GIve' is gonna be out in radios on Nov 16.

'Let The Music Heal Your Soul' is gonna be out Nov 3rd. (TOMORROW!!)

'Non puoi lasciarmi cosi' is the Italian version of Quit Playin Games. The song is a follow-up of translation songs, like the Spanish ones they did before: Anywhere For You - Donde Quieras Yo Ire, and I'll Never Break Your Heart.
'Non puoi...' is in their 1st Italian album. Lyrics go here...

BSB has another version of Everybody, but it is only for MTV. Everybody Dance Mix vid has a lot more dancing in it. (The boys dancing real close with their FEMALE dance partners. Urgh.) They cut the part when BSB arrived at the creepy mansion and the part when they each woke up from their dreams.

BSB is nominated in two catagories, right? One is for Best New Pop Group, that I am sure, but one is for? Some say it's for Best Group and some say itz for Viewer's Choice Contest??? Which is the right one? And one problem about voting on mtveurope.com, is that we have to download that 'stuff' first, which is only for getting a glimpse at the pic! What is with them? So, honestly, I'm really confused.
