Backstreet Boy AJ McLean is fighting another health battle six months after
checking himself into rehab to fight alcohol abuse - he's putting on weight.
The singer, currently on hiatus from the top pop boyband, admits he has started
piling on the pounds since giving up boozing - but he couldn't be happier.
He says, "My life is great. I've put on a few pounds but it's no big deal." And
McLean admits his bride-to-be Sarah Martin must take major credit for his
clean-up.
He adds, "She was more of a social drinker but she just stopped everything when
I went in. She was a great support. I've got a clear mind, a clear head, and a
great wife-to-be."
