There were five different endings during the credit rollout. All but the fifth one features Jay eating popcorn and drinking a soda while watching the credits. At the end of the credits, before the production company title, a skinny usher comes up to him and says, "Excuse me, sir. The show's over." Jay's responses are:
Ending 1) "But I have nowhere to go!" Ending 2) "I'm stuck in the chair." Ending 3) "Get away, Zitface!" Ending 4) "Is the... snack bar still open?"
In ending 3, the usher has a wimpy voice; in the other three, it's reasonably deep. In the FOX episodes, a new ending was created. Instead of Jay eating, it's Jay and Alice making out. A husky usher with a wimpy voice comes up and says, "Excuse me. The show's over." Alice replies, "Get away, pipsqueak," and Jay says, "That's why I love her!" This is Ending 5.
