NOFX is a punk rock band that's been together since 1984 (not all of them,
El Hefe wasn't in the band from its start). They started their career
in Berkeley, CA and later moved to Los Angeles.
First they started recording for Mystic records, but later moved
to Epitaph and Fat Wreck.
You've probably been wondering what NOFX actually means.
A lot of poeple think that is stands for No Effects. But finally I
found out the truth. Fat Mike said (and this time I think he was
serious) that it's NO Fucking seX. He also says he hates that name.
They recorded 8 albums on Epitaph label and 2 albums on Fat Wreck

NOFX, except for a lot of music, recorded also a video named '10 years of fuckin' up', which is pretty cool, with a lot of stuff from their tours, history and with those few videos they have recorded. If you get a chance to get it, I recommend watching it.
Fat Mike

He's the vocalist, plays bass and is the main songwriter.
He also plays bass in his covergroup "Me first & the gimme gimmes".
Has his own record label "Fat Wreck Chords" with bands like Lagwagon,
No Use For a Name, and many other great bands.
He started the band with eric melvin. He's not really that fat, but in highschool he kept gaining
weight so everybody called him Fat Mike.

He plays guitar, trumpet and does some of the vocals. He's the one with the funny
voices and the main reason why NOFX rocks. He joined NOFX in 1992, his first CD with NOFX is The Longest Line. Before
he joined NOFX he played in a jazz-band. He's married and has a kid.
Eric Melvin

He plays guitar and does the backup vocals. Started the band with Mike.
He's the one with the cool colored dreads.
Erik Ghint

He's considered as one of the best drummers in punkrockhistory. He does it all with one
basspedal. He's got a lot of tattoos and he likes fuckin' nice girls. He joined NOFX in 1986.
