Leaderdogs for the Blind entered the christian music scene in 1995 with their CD "Lemonade." With heavy guitars and bold, melodic songs, Lyndon Perry and the rest of the dogs joined a recently formed label R.E.X., which also sported up-and-comers such as Sixpence None the Richer and Argyle Park, as well as grizzled veterans like The Choir and Rez Band. It seemed as if the Leaderdogs were going to make a big splash in the music world, at least Lyndon was optimistic (see Apr '96 interview).
However, after their '95 debut and their tour in '96, the dogs were not to be heard from again.
Leaderdogs consisted of:
Lyndon Perry - Guitar, Backup vocals Derek Cilibraise - Lead vocals Andrew Barancik - Bass Grant Mohrman - Guitar Dwight Mohrman - Backup vocals, Narration
The only link that I have found for Leaderdogs for the Blind, that still exists, is the April '96 Lyndon Perry interview at the Lighthouse.
