At the MAIN MENU, hit L1, R1, L2, R2 in succesion.

Tackles = Better tackling
Rock Em = Harder hits
Interceptions = alittle bit more Int's
Fumbles = alittle bit more fumbles
Big Arm = QB throws farther
Little Arm = QB doesnt throw as far
Big Foot = Punter/kicker kicks farther
Little Foot = Punter/kicker kicks shorter
Cannon = QB has stronger arm
Giants = players are bigger 
Midgets = players are smaller
Healthy = Always Healthy
Blocking Up = Offensive line blocks better
Blocking Down = Offensive line blocks are not as good
Swim Up = better swim power
Swim Down = harder to swim around someone
Slow CPU = Computer is a little slower 
Big GB = Game Breakers are big (Giants)
Hands = easier to catch the ball and hang on to it
Jukes = Have not noticed anything yet
Flash = extra power in the boost
Circus Flip = have not noticed yet
Hurricane = harder rain
Blizzard = more snow
Toronado = harder wind

For those of you looking to add a bit of realism OR take away some
frustration, I recommend the following:

Add these Easter Egg codes for more realistic gameplay:
Fumbles
Interceptions

 These codes make turnovers a BIT more likely. They are not radically
different or overdone. To me they are just about right. Fumbles are
a little more likely to happen, and not only when you dive ala the
regular mode. Interceptions will occur more normally; i.e. you don't
have to hope for the tipped ball phenomenon all the time to get a pick.
Again, this code does not make them common by any means, just a bit
more likely to occur.

 And speaking of the tipped ball phenonmenon, if you really despise it
and want to get rid of it (as many do) enter in the easter egg code:
Hands

 Your receivers will hang onto the ball much better, even when 
immediately popped by a defender. This all but eliminates the tipped
ball phenonenon.
