Lunar Springs

Type SPKSHC at the tournament password screen, then leave the tounament. 
Go into any other mode, highlight the Rusty Springs course, and hold L1, 
R1 and triangle, the cource will change to the Lunar Rally course.


Machine Gun Code

Go into Head-to-head mode and choose all the options you want. Pick your
car and the competition's car. As soon as you choose the competition's car
you have to press the buttons really fast. Just press
L1+Square+Circle+press the d-pad between left and up. You need to press
them all at the same time. Hold them down while it says loading.

It's great because you can win every race. As soon as they pass you just
blow them away. And you can blow the cops away too. I like to go head-on
with oncoming traffic and right before we hit I shoot them. The car goes
flying over your car.

I noticed that any cars around you in front or behind you get hit.

In tournament mode, go into password and type: TSYBNS
-this will get you the bonus track (Las Vegas).
 
If you want to race the secret car, after you type that
password get out of tournament mode. Then when you select
a car press and hold L1+R1. Secret Car!! I'm still not sure
this one works. I'm at work so I can't try it :(
 
Don't have a Saturn but want to play Sega Rally? Well,
now you can play NFS in Rally Mode!! Go to any track select
except Rusty Springs and press and hold L1+R1. Power Slide
City!! Note: if you do this on Rusty Springs you get
OASIS...
 
Want some faster additions to the regular cars. At any
car select (without that top code) just press and hold
L1+R1 and you get Warrior Car. Sorry, you can't set any
records with these. I've heard that these are a little
too fast!!
 
Finally, you can play arcade mode when you go to lap choice.
You guessed it...press and hold L1+R1 and it will say
ARCADE. Not sure what the significance of this is.
