You enter these by entering options, press select, and select again to 
enter password screen.  All letters must be Caps, and between words 
where indicated there must be a dot.

URNOTREDE   -  In 1 player game, this is the ultra difficulty level
SKELETON    -  play as 2 new teams, ala Mutant league Football
PICK.CITY   -  interceptions anyone???
BIG.BOYS    -  backs are huge and powerful.
OFFENSE     -  offenses sre awesome
DEFENSE     -  and vice versa
STICKUM     -  speaks for itself
MAYHEM      -  not sure, couldn't tell anything in 2-player game

JUICE       -  Ultra fast turbo (X button when running)
CRUNCH.TIME -  Players are sent fling back ten yds when hit....real cool
CANNON.ARM  -  QB throws bullets
STICKEM     -  No fumbles
MAYEM       -  Increased injuries....they must be turned on

Neurmncer

If you reset the game and then hold down all the trigger buttons 
(i.e. L1,L2,R1,R2) the game will display all the extra Winner & 
Loser screens as well as the final Super Bowl win screen.
