Contest Rules
$10.00 for a (2) photo entry; limit (4) photos per contestant per month.
Photos entered in the contest are not required to be professional. The model in the photo must make entry; photographers cannot enter for the model.
It is the models responsibility to obtain photographers permission when entering a photo that is copyrighted. “America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest” will not be held responsible for violating any copyright laws.
Photos will be judged according to example: Quality, creativity, look, style, potential, and versatility of model in photo entered.
All photos entered in the contest each month will be posted on the web site with first name and state only during that month to be viewed by everyone. Winners each month in each division will be posted on the web site. “America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest” reserves the right to use the photo of any winner of the contest for promotional or publicity purposes.
There will be 3 different judges each month. Judges, if models themselves, may not be entered in the contest the same month they are judging. Photographers cannot be a judge if a photo they have taken has been entered in the contest during that month. All 3 judges will choose the winners of the female and male division. Judges decisions are final. Bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification with no refunds or awards. Judges may be models, photographers, agents, and scouts or have some connection or experience with the modeling industry. “America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest” reserves the right to choose the judges at their discretion for their contests.
Only one model per photo permitted. Photo may be submitted only once; duplicate submission of the same photo is not permitted at all! Duplicate submission of the same photo will result in disqualification and there will be no refunds.
Refunds will be given only at the discretion of “America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest”.
Photos will be posted within 48hrs of receipt of entry form and fee.

Photos must be received by the 25th of each month to be eligible for that month's contest. All photos received after the 25th will be entered into the next months contest. Photos may be e-mailed in .JPEG and be of good quality. “America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest” will not be responsible for the quality of photos submitted.
Prizes are cash awards and will be paid thru your PAY PAL account or may be sent as a cashiers check. Cash prizes are Female: 1st place $100.00, 2nd place $50.00, and 3rd place $25.00. Male: 1st place $100.00, 2nd place $50.00, 3rd place $25.00. Cash awards are based on a minimum of 18 - (2) photo entries per division. “America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest” reserves the right to alter cash awards if division minimums are not met. Prizes will be awarded or sent as soon as the judge's decisions are final for that contest month.
“America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest” reserves the right to change the rules of the contest at anytime. New or revised rules will be posted in the rules section and it is the contestant's responsibility to review the rules prior to entering the photo contest each month.
Photos entered in “America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest” must be tasteful, and cannot contain any nudity or implied nudity. No erotic or pornographic photos will be accepted or posted. Contest is open to Male and Female models between 18-35 years old. All experience levels and locations are welcome to enter.
All contact information of each model entered in the contest will be held confidential by “America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest “ and will NOT be given out under any circumstances to anyone including judges with out proper authorization by the model who has entered the contest.
"America's Hottest Models Online Photo Contest" is not responsible for the legitimacy of any person or company who has requested contact with a model. It is the models full responsibility to completely check out all information on a person or company who has made a request prior to establishing communication.
