I usually go for the power-up first in this wave, but it sometimes gets me by dropping a bunch of bombs around it making it impossible to retrieve.
The bombs that they dropped around the power-up (in red) make it look
impossible to retrieve.
I was able to get above the power-up and drop down on top of it. Yeah,
I was surprised that I got it too!
You have to be careful with so many bombs dropping at once. Look for
safe zones like the one marked with an "X". They aren't always that big,
but that's a good example. Try to stay away from the edges, you can get
trapped there with nowhere to go.
I moved from the previous safe zone, through a tunnel (arrow) and I'll
hang out in the new safe zone (X).
Wave 22
Stay in the safe zones and concentrate on the flying beer bottles,
the others will suffer heavy damage as well.
Wave 23
Get the power-up first. I moved forward to get it ASAP because these
suckers shoot hard and fast!
They usually send one to one side while the others stay toward the
other side. Take advantage of all the space around to dodge the bombs and
get as many shots in as you can before they trade places.
Wave 24
As quickly as you can, get rid of the birds. They only drop bombs that
trap you when the jet shoots at you. Once they're clear, wait for their
bombs to clear off and then kill the jet.
Wave 25
Get rid of the black pepper first. For a short period of time,
there is a safe zone to the left. The bear is going to close that up though,
at your first opportunity, move to the left of the red bombs.
After the 3 red bombs go by, there's a big space to move through.
Watch out for the red pepper!
Stay just beside the red bombs and get the bear. Then once the screen
is cleared of red bombs, you can get the red pepper.
