I can't seem to get my updates and add-ons to install properly. I keep getting messages about DLL's not being installed. What do I do??

Sometimes, it's necessary to take some drastic steps, since the updates

from Cyberlife attempt to replace certain DLL's that 
other programs may be using. That said, I recommend 
the following procedure:
1. Close all open windows.Close all windows minimized
   to the Taskbar.
2. Close all open Apps in the System Tray.
3. Using the 3-fingered salute (Ctrl-Alt-Del), close 
   anything else that may be running, until you're 
   down to Explorer, Systray, Runapp, and/or Msgsrvr 
   (I think I spelled all of those right, I can't 
    check that while on-line without re-booting).
4. Now, install your updates in the following 
   order:1.0.2 Update Latest Object Injector Update.
   Latest Observation Kit Update.You may also install
   the Santas, PM Norns, Object Packs, Etc. Now, re-
   boot your computer, and things should work fine.
