Cheats for Playstation games (in Alphabetical order)

Final Fantasy 7
Easy Chocobo races: Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 while racing a Chocobo to slowly restore energy.
Unlimited items: This trick requires the W-Item materia. The materia is obtained after your party parachutes back into Midgar in Disc 3. After entering the subway tunnels in Sector 8, your party may walk away from the screen and encounter the Turks, or walk towards the screen to reach another subway section. Select the second choice and follow the subway tunnel until it ends at a dead end with the W-Item materia. Equip the materia on the character with the item to be duplicated. When a battle begins, select the W-Item entry on the battle menu, select an unimportant item and use it on any character. On the second item choice, select the item to be duplicated by pressing CIRCLE, then press X to cancel your selection and increase the number of that item in inventory. Repeatedly press CIRCLE followed by X to accumulate 99 of the duplicated item.

Mortal Kombat 4
Alternate costumes: Rotate the select screen pictures two times to enable each character's second costume, except for Sonya and Tanya. The select screen pictures must be rotated three times for those characters.
Cheat option: Highlight the "Continue" selection on the options screen. Hold RUN + BLOCK until the cheat option appears.
Fight as Goro: Select the invisible icon at the bottom of the character selection screen. Press UP(3), move over to highlight Shinnok's icon, then press RUN + BLOCK
Fight as Noob Saibot: Select the invisible icon at the bottom of the character selection screen. Press UP(2), move over to highlight Reiko's icon, then press RUN + BLOCK
Fight as Meat: Enter "Group Mode" and successfully fight as all sixteen characters.

Need For Speed 3
All cars, all standard tracks: Enter SPOILT as a name on the option screen.
Additional camera views: Enter SEEALL as a name on the options screen. Additional views normally only available during replays will be available under the options screen.
Crash other cars: Press START to load the race after selecting the game options, then immediately hold LEFT + SQUARE + CIRCLE before the loading screen appears. Keep the buttons held until the loading screen disappears. Beep the horn during game play to flip the other cars.
Heavy car: Press START to load the race after selecting the game options, then immediatley hold SELECT + SQUARE + X before the loading screen appears. Keep the buttons held until the loading screen disappears. Bump into other cars during game play to push them off road.
Bonus Cars: Enter one of the following names at the options screen, then select the single race option to race with the corresponding car. Note: the CLK GTR is normally selectable only after the Expert tournament is won. Teh El Nino is awarded after winning Knockout mode under the hardest difficulty setting.

Triple Play '99
Bonus Stadiums: Press L2,L1,R1,L1,R2 at the stadium selection screen. The phrase "Triple Play '99" will be said to confirm that you have done the code.
Strike out the batter : Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press UP, DOWN, TRIANGLE, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, X, SQUARE while pitching.
Hit Home Runs: Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press TRIANGLE, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, X, SQUARE, LEFT, RIGHT while batting and a sound of a thump will confirm the code is in.
