1-5 (1 being lowest, 5 highest)
C= Content - How much info the page gives, if its correct, how its used, and where they put it.
L= Layout - How its organized (with frames, pics, text, breaks, links, etc...).
P= Pictures - How many pics they have. If too many or too little, they will get a bad rating.
U= Updates - How often updates are (if daily, great).
Z= !/Scythe\!'s Opinion - What I think of this site.
{C=5, L=4, P=3, U=5, Z= Lots of info updated daily, and great pics (just not enough of them!). OVERALL=4.5}
