When you start this level, you will notice a rather large koopa troopa. To get the second power star, you will need to race this koopa to the top of the mountain. The same place where you beat the bob-omb king. There are two ways of doing this. Both are the same as described in the first star. You could run up the mountain the long way, or take the short cuts. The short cuts are in a patch of flowers, and in the holes in the mountain. To find the flower patch warp, run straight up the path from where you start, after the bridge, jump over the fance and take a left. The flower patch is around here somewhere. Stand still in the middle of the patch, and you will be warped to another.
The second warp is, in the side of the mountain when you are running up. Stand in the hole where the boulders fall from, and you will be warped to the top of the mounain. When you get to the top, runu to the flag pole and wait for Koopa the Quick to give you the star.
