Mobistar was the second operator on the Belgian GSM market. Now it is also the seccond biggest oparator of Belgium. Mobistar owns the prefixes 0495 and 0496.      The following page of Mobistar are in dutch only, because Mobistar gives only information about their productin Dutch & French.
