Pay&Go
A short introduction to the Proximus prepaid card
What is Pay&Go?

In a few words: Pay&Go is the reloadable prepaid card by Proximus, that gives you mobile freedom.

Pay&Go is...

A Proximus product
Calling with Pay&Go is getting connected to about more than 1.5 million Proximus callers. It is also making use of the Proximus network, that stands for optimal coverage, high speech quality and reliability.

A prepaid card
Hence, ready-for-use: you buy your card and you can call without delay. You won't receive any contract or invoice. In other words: there will be no obligations on your part and no unpleasant surprises. That's what we call mobile freedom!

A reloadable card
You now have 3 different reload cards with which you can increase your call credit and the validity of your Pay&Go card. Choose for a reload of 500, 995 or 1,990 Belgian franc and keep control of your budget.

Lots of extras
Your own mailbox, accessibility in neighbouring countries, reception of SMS messages,... By far too many to list them all.

Pay&Go is different
 Your Pay&Go trump cards

Choose the Pay&Go tariff that suits you best.

Original, Night&Weekend or AnyTime: choose the Pay&Go pricing plan that best meets your calling habits.

Until death doth us part? By no means! The choices you make with Pay&Go should never feel like a ball and chain. Hence, you can change your pricing plan up to 3 times a year without spending a penny.

Attention please... A pricing plan is not linked to a particular reload card. With each of the pricing plans you are still free to choose any of the different reload cards. The pricing plan you choose will, however, determine how much will be deducted from your card when you are calling, according to the hour of day (or night) you make your call.

 Reload card at 500 BEF

The reload cards at 995 and 1990 BEF you know already. They just got a new kid brother: a reload card at 500 BEF, with which you can make calls during 1 month and receive calls during 3 months. Hence you can now remain accessible without breaking the bank.

Oh yes, one other thing: 500, 995 or 1990, reloading Pay&Go is cumulative. A fancy word to say that when you reload your Pay&Go card, we simply add the new call credit and the new validity period to what you still had. You don't lose anything, not even when you reload well before the end of the expiry date of your present card.

 Pay&Go goes abroad

With your GSM and your Pay&Go you can now also receive calls in our neighbouring countries. If you were never an ace at geography, we go through it once again: you can now receive calls with your Pay&Go card in the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, France and Great Britain.

In laymen's terms! You don't know Pay&Go that well? Then you're probably unfamiliar with most of the terms and concepts we use here. Don't worry though. We're not trying to make an issue of it. In fact, we deliberately tried to keep our descriptions as short as possible. So you can see what makes Pay&Go so different at a glance. If you click on the link "User Guide" on our navigation bar, you'll see that we have another section where we delve more deeply into every item.
