A lot of people hate Microsoft because of MS's questionable ethics in its domination of
the computer software industry. MS steals all the innovative ideas that other software
companies come up with, then incorporates it into their own programs and makes and
promotes them even better. In this way, other software companies suffer under the weight
of MS's competition. However it is the consumer that benefits in the short term as MS
tries to produce the best software using all the best ideas and marketing the products at
a lower cost. This is why I must admit MS has the best Office Suite, beating its
competition hands down. Better than Lotus Smart Suite, Claris Works etc.
