OK first off you get fully relaxed. Breath deeply and make sure no muscles in your body are tensed. Now you must concentrate on your center. Concentrate on the area two inches below your belly button and 3 inches in (your dan-tien). Imagine a ball of light floating there. Concentrate on the ball until you feel a sensation there such as, tingling, heat, coldness, pressure, or a feeling like a magnet. Now move the ball of light using your will power and concentration to a different part of your body. NOTE: THIS MUST BE DONE VERY SLOWLY TO WORK PROPERLY. Keep moving it to different parts of your body making sure you feel the same sensation. Keep doing this until you are satisfied that this is real. Once you are done just put it back in your dan-tien.
