- Treat all members with dignity and respect. - Do NOT loot or slander fellow members or others. - Acts such as looting, stealing, verbal abuse, slander, sexism, racism, and other forms of stereotyping are prohibited by the Empire, and can result in dismissal. - Treat allies and friends of the Empire, with respect and courtesy. - Do NOT abuse your rank, use your position to inspire and instruct. Instead of threatning and demeaning it only diminishes the respect members hold towards you. - Set an example, do not do acts that you wouldn't want done to you. Put yourself in someone else's shoes for a second, and take the time to see both sides of the picture before making a harsh and biased decision. - Avoid all use of 3rd party or illegal programs, that are prohibited by law and sanctions. - The circulation of Pornography is strictly prohibited by the Empire, and all forms of it will resulting in dismissal. - Make good use of the chain of command, its serves to minimize problems and optimize guild performance. - Membership to the Empire is a privilage, hence you should not be in other guilds while in the Marduke Empire. - Members of the guild are advised not to make use of demeaning remarks, such as "We raped you", "Newbie", "We own your mom", etc... They only dignify a lack of maturity, and are used by individuals who have no self respect or esteem and try to glorify themselves by putting others down. - Members of the guild are advised to ignore childish here say, from enemy and/or neutral guilds.
