The evil Mizar is conquering the universe piece by piece. Only the Jet Force Gemini team can stop the evil army of bugs from enslaving everything. That is the basic storyline of Jet Force Gemini, which looks to be one of the hit games of 1999. Players have 3 playable characters to use: Juno, Vela, and their dog Lupus. What you do as one JFG team member may affect another in some way. Vela and Lupus must, however, be unlocked before they become playable but are not needed to complete the game. There are 120 stages in the 1-player game. Not to mention the multiplayer. There are two multiplayer modes: cooperative (2 players)and a classic deathmatch (up to 4). In the cooperative mode, one player takes control of Jet Force Gemini's invincible robotic counterpart. This game looks extremely promising for N64 players.
