 WinQOTD is a Quote of the Day program. Basically, it picks a random quote from a list and displays it in a Windows message box. Fun, aye? Yeah! The distribution zip comes with instructions on how to write your own quotes file. Basically, that's it :) You can set the program up to run automatically whenever your computer starts up by placing a shortcut to it in your Windows/Start Menu/Programs/StartUp/ folder in Win95+ or your Win3.1 Startup program group.
