A nice change in computer games. This game is made entirely of clay, and the only reason I suspect it hasn't been a great hit in the stores is because it's shipped in "Microsoft" boxes (bad move guys !!).
Anyway, the story tells of this clay dude called klayman (you) who has to figure out who is he, and what he has to do. You do it by walking around the clay world solving puzzles and viewing great cinematic sequences. The game itself is not too long - what is long is figuring out some of the puzzles, and strolling around the world when you get stuck and need a clue and have to go ALL the way back to where you started. But it's not *that* bad.
The game itself is very funny (especially the monster part), and I find it suitable for all people of all ages (hell, if my girlfriend liked this game, it is definitely worth looking into as she hates computers). This is a game every PC owner should try at least the demo, to see if he likes it. My guess is that at least one member of the family will enjoy it.
There is however one major drawback. Inside the game there is a room with a wall that has the entire bible of klayworld (klayuniverse ?) written on it, and you are supposed to go over the wall and read this entire bible thingy. Now that wouldn't be so bad if it was a few columns. However the wall stretches to infinity - it'll take you 2 minutes just to get from the beginning of the text to the end of the text simply walking from room to room (without reading), and though you don't really have to read the bible, it does hide some pretty useful plot revealers (like who is this Willy dude), and you have to go thru ALL the screens in order to get a tape cartridge that's lying at the end of the text (which will take you 2 minutes to get to, and another 2 to go back). That part was annoying. Other than that, the only other problem I had was uninstalling it, seems like computer games really hate my ATI RAGE card. I don't know if it'll happen to you, but when I uninstalled the game, it uninstalled my ATI card drivers with it (which could be very bad if you don't know how to put them back). My friend with an ATI card also had the same problem. So make sure you know how to reinstall your video card drivers prior to uninstalling !!

Annoying long walk part with the text in the wall, short life, bad uninstall. However, very good game, very funny, suitable for all ages and genders (yes your girlfriend/wife/daughter/grandma etc.. might really enjoy it too). Definitely the best choice of an adventure game if you are just getting started with computers.......
