The Movements

Valentine's Day is too early

Pot inc.
Everybody wants to have a reason to tell someone how they feel, don't they. Unfortunately, at the moment there are really only two days made especially for it - Valentine's Day and... actually, let me rephrase that. Valentine's Day is the only day of the year where you get to go all soppy and stuff without being laughed at as much. Regrettably, this day is positioned extremely early in the year, before the people have been met and before you can discover how good they do actually look. My idea is to create another day, called Ardlity Day - not to replace Valentine's Day, however, we would still celebrate that. Ardlity Day would be celebrated on the first Friday of every September. If someone complains that there's already a special day then, I'll tell them to go ... themselves. There're 365 days in a year and about 700 days to celebrate.

Stupid Laughing. Stupid, Stupid Laughing

Pot inc.
I've concluded that you either LS (laugh silently) or just laugh. If you LOL (Laugh Out Loud) then you fit into the second category. From now on it's just L. This saves a lot of time (two keystrokes) and makes a lot more sense. I mean... who laughs out loud??? No one... If you laugh, without any other adverbs, then you are laughing out loud anyway.

Platypi - Mammals? I don't think so

Pot inc.
Consider the platypus. It's a very intriguing creature. Quite an anomaly. It's the only amphibious marsupial, it has a beak and it lays eggs. This, my friends, should not be categorised as a marsupial. IN FACT, this creature should not be classed as a mammal. NO! In regard to the subject species, it should not even be classed as an animal. I suggest we class the intriguing anomalous species in question a fruit. Yes... fruit... We will call it a Modulator/Demodulator, or modem for short. Of course, these 'modems' are venomous, so must be eaten with caution, being the only known fruit that will try to eat back. Except for apricurrants, of course.
