well...
heres how.
Use the teleporter and stand here (screen
shot 2). Get out the rocket
launcher and aim directly at the ground. Now,
press look down, shoot, jump, run, and move backwards ALL
AT THE SAME TIME. If you have any sort of
skill, you should have landed on a thin ledge (just
left of photo 3). Now, walk along this edge
until you reach the block (photo 4).
face away from the block and rocket jump again (EXACLY
THE SAME AS LAST TIME.) You now should have
landed directly on top of the block (photo
5). move to the edge of this block and camp
to your hearts content (you cheating little
cunt).
