Air Ducts can contain many items including, rubbish, dust, microorganisms. Which allow them to become colonised with bacteria and fungi in some cases.

IAQ Sydney physically clean all of the ductwork removing all of these contaminants from the HVAC. Once the ductwork is clean and contaminant free it is then treated with AERIS-GUARD™ Bioactive Duct Treatment which leaves a residual biostatic coating which will help to inhibit future colonisation of the treated surfaces.

AERIS-GUARD™ Bioactive Duct Treatment provides a final step in air handling decontamination. BADT is directly applied to internal surfaces or can be fogged through the system to ensure total coverage.
