Cid Highwind, the trash talking, good spirited, ciggarete smoking pilot of Rocket Town. He spends his time working on his plane (The tiny bronco) and remebering the one time he almost went into space. He's the last charecter you get and he is very strong. His limit breaks are good, but since he's the last one you get, it's hard to get all his limits unless you put some time in. Alot of time. But still, he's comprable to Barret in all respects and he is a good, well rounded charecter.
