Staryu have no jointed limbs to speak of, so
     they use their psychic powers to move
     themselves around. These rare Pokémon also
     employ Minimize power to evade attack, and
     they can be found in the waters around the
     Blue game's Cinnabar Island, Seafoam
     Island, and routes 19, 20, and 21. Trainers
     should use the Water Stone to transform
     Staryu into Starmie.
