The Bosses
There are two bosses in VO:OT, and you must fight both of them, unlike in VO:OMG where you could skip to the space mode when you get a fast record time in the first 5 stages.  I don't consider A-jim as a boss character because he pops out once your escape time is far off track, a punishment for chicken players, or a challenging opponent (he does fights well).

Bradtos
Weapons: Rectangular Laser, Rapid lasers, Spread laser, Discs.
This mid-boss, looks exactly like two headless Z-Gradt stacked on each other, connected at the 'head' part. He's invulnerable to any attacks during its shielded state, which works like a super V.Armor. The moment he could eats up damage is when he opens up to reveal the crystals inside, which eventually sends out the spread laser. Beginners may find it difficult to beat this boss, but it will be easy once you get used to the same routine job; Bradtos seems to move the same way if you do play the same techniques, especially starting the round going left or right. The attacks he make has gaps for you to avoid, even by walking. While most people go for turbo shots to put an end to this guy, some tends to do it with style(i.e. Surfing Ram, SLC, Flaming Drill, Dash CC, etc.).

Tangram
Weapons: Ring Lasers, Energy Orbs, Electric Claw, Spread lasers, Tangram Eye cannon.
Unlike Bradtos, Tangram does takes a bit of damage during its shielded state. He looks like a giant golf ball, a fishball, any ball (you name it!). Somehow SEGA enjoys having the final boss easier to beat than the mid-boss, probably they want you to lose faster( J/K! ).
Tangram will eventually sheds a part of his armor after the second set of rings-orbs session, that's when you give him turboes. Just evade his attacks by gaining common sense where he's aiming, then dash away from the line of fire. As people shoot till he explodes, some give him specials (Surfing ram, ICBM, Dordray Giant Drill rush...). If you're bored and perhaps not interested in breaking into the records, you may consider taking some damage and let Tangram have his second Cannon session directly in front of your VR. Somehow it gives me the feeling that my VR is saying, "Awww...It's so beautiful....<*ZAAPP!!*> ......GAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!"
