Gentlemen,
After
a full month of Operation Allied Force, I must report both good news and
bad news. The good news is that our sorties are hitting their marks and
we are significantly reducing the Milisovecian government's ability to
make war. The bad news is that we have not seemed to weaken their resolve.
This means that we could be involved in a very long campaign.
Be
prepared for just such a possibility. I expect the best from each and evry
one of you. We will be performing a wide expanse of different missions,
including TLAM strikes, SeAL insertions, surface interdictions, and escorts.
I promise you that it will not be boring. Keep your COMMs in good working
order, and be ready to perform extra duty if called upon. We are at war
Gentlmen. Everyone needs to be ready to go at a moments notice.
As
I have said earlier, we are in a rare position to conduct OPs, in "REAL
TIME", with our brothers overseas on the actual boats. While I do not wish
to sound like a warmonger (because real people are being killed over there),
I do wish to conduct a realistic campaign.
Keep
the men and women of NATO in your prayers and remain vigilant. We shall
prevail.
GOOD LUCK AND GOOD HUNTING!
