hidden in the Ego Orb a bright round gold animal,
only found in the UnderWorld of course there's
a 1/128 chance of finding it.
Q:Where's the Insignafacent Item?
A: In my book Dr.Andounuts Theroy it is hidden
in the Twonson hostipital, check one of the
shelves. After you find it give it to the
man in black at the Threed hostipital.
