Bruschetta 

Ingredients

Tuscan Bread or Ciabatta Bread

 Garlic Cloves

  Olive Oil

 Fresh chopped tomatoes (optional)

  Chopped Black Olives (optional)

  Sea Salt

 

 Method

Slice bread thickly, and toast both sides until golden

Peel a clove of garlic and brush one side of each slice with it

(the name Bruschetta comes from brush!!!)

Sprinkle with sea salt

Trickle olive oil (1 tsp. per slice) over bread

 

Serve

If you wish you can add a topping of chopped tomatoes and olives.

Serve with a glass of white wine.
