Chicken Breasts with Sage & White Wine
Ingredients
4 large Chicken
Breasts Fillets
1/2 glass of dry
white wine
5 fresh sage leaves
chopped
2 tablespoons
butter
3 cloves of crushed garlic
Method
Melt the butter in a
pan
Chop the chicken
breasts into chunks
Add chicken to the
pan and stir-fry for a few minutes
Add the crushed garlic
Season to taste
(after the chicken has been sealed)
Add the wine and
stir
Add the sage
Cook in the pan for
a further 8 minutes.
The wine will
evaporate and the sauce will thicken.
Serve
Serve immediately with a fresh salad & Garlic Bread
