Garlic & Herb Bread
Ingredients
1 Large French Stick
4 Cloves of crushed
Garlic
100g Butter
1 dessert spoon of
mixed dried herbs
Method
Slice Bread
diagonally with 1" slices, (not cutting right through the bread)
Mix together garlic
and herbs with the butter
Spread on both sides
of bread slices
Wrap in Aluminium
Foil and cook in oven on high for 10 minutes
Serve
Great on its own
with a glass of wine or
to accompany
Spaghetti Bolognese or Chilli con Carne
