This rater only tells the sites original stuff IN THE DESCRIPTIONS and is mostly based on originality! First off, here's how it works:

- 3 stars! - Mr. Hankey's House Of Horrors! = This site has a very cool Cartman's Psycic HotLine. It is a good place for ScreenSavers, Wallpapers,and Desktop stuff!

- 5 stars! (BEST!!) - SP: Peanuts Gone Bad! = This site has lots of original stuff such as W.W.C.D.(What Would Cartman Do?) braclets, Downloadable movies, Mortal Kombat vs KENNY, a Movie Theater, Comics, a SP alliance, the V-Fales, SP vs HollyWOOD, ask mr garrison, Guess who?, and more!

- 1 star! (worst) Sorry R&R! - R & R's SouthPark = Nothing Original at all!!

- 3 stars! (OK) - Alexia's Buttons =This site is just a bunch of buttons that this girl made, but lot of people use them so that helps!

- 4 stars! (Good Job) - Kenny'sLair =This is a whole page devoted to Kenny! It has "Others should die", Contests ,and Horoscopes!

- 5 stars! (BEST) - Mr. Hat's HellHole = This page is packed full of original stuff like Rumors, Editoririals, Fun Stuff, Mr. Hat's magic, SP vs. the world,101 list,Poems, and SP'THINGS'!

- 1 star! (worst) Sorry Keith! - Keith's Awesome SP HomePage! = Nothing Original at all!

- 5 stars! (BEST) - SouthPark, City! = Great page for being BRAND new! Needs a little work with the broken links and pics , but overall GREAT!
