The Tantrum
"DADDY!!!"
Vince McMahon cringed when he heard the door of his hotel room slam shut, his daughter's angry voice echoing all the way out onto the balcony where he stood. Instinctively he moved into a darkened corner in the hope she would assume he was out and leave...
But like she had radar she stormed out onto the balcony, hands on her hips, her eyes dancing with that McMahon fire, spotting him almost on instant. "What the *HELL* did you think you were doing tonight???"
The owner of the WWF shrugged as naively as he could manage, "Uh, Kalli, I'm not sure I know what you're talking about..."
"MY ASS!" She stepped up to him, jabbing a finger into his chest. "You took Jeffy's title off him. You *TOOK* his title!!!"
Using his most adoring, Fatherly voice, Vince said, "Now, Kalli..."
"No, no, no, no, NO! You are not going to worm your way out of this one, Daddy. Jeff Hardy is one of the hardest workers in the Federation, he puts butts in the seats, and you reward him, firstly with one of the shortest Intercontinental Title reigns in the history of the WWF and *THEN* you give him the Light-Heavyweight Title just to have him job to X-PAC??? Are you insane?"
Vince sighed, "Kalli, X-Pac is..."
"I DON'T CARE IF X-PAC IS THE QUEEN OF EGYPT!!!" She lowered her voice when he glared at her. "Who pulls off some of the biggest stunts in the WWF, Daddy? Who works his ass off in that ring every time he gets out there with absolutely *NO* regard for his own safety? And who is guranteed to get the fans interested in the Light-Heavyweight division? Hmm?" Adds threateningly, "And if you even contemplate saying the name X-Pac to any of those things I am going to slap you." She folded her arms, peering dangerously up at her father.
Sighing yet again, Vince asked defeatedly, "And what do you propose I do about it, Kalli?" She sniffed defiantly and he said, "I can't take X-Pac's title from him so soon..."
"And why not? You do it to Jeffy all the god damn time!"
His voice low, Vince whispered, "Kalli..."
Showing off her Trademark McMahon stubborn streak she cut him off, "Uh ah. Unless you're going to say what I want to hear, don't speak."
Groaning inwardly, Vince nodded, "Fine, I'll think about it..."
The girl grinned, her mood instantly changed. "See, Daddy? I knew you could be a reasonable man." She reached up and gave him a warm hug, kissing his cheek, her voice sweeter than candy, "I love you, Daddy."
She turned on her heel to go, making it almost out of the room before looking back and calling out, "And if you thought I was mad, Daddy, wait 'til Linds gets a hold of you."
