Last month a recall of Pokeballs from Burger King restaurants was announced because of an accidental death of a little girl who had choked on it. Unfortunately tragedy has struck again and a 4 month old Zachary Jones died of asphyxiation when one half of the Pokeball had fell onto his face and because of his age he was unable to remove it. According to Kim Miller for Burger King, the Pokeballs are only harmful to those below the age of 3. Federal officials have accused Burger King of being too slow in recalling the Pokeballs, but hopefully this event will influence them to speed it up.
