RWC Combat Outline (Or RWC combat for Dummies)By Victoria "Nyte" DeCroix (Etrnl Nyte) All right, heres what I have done. Instead of just mass mailing a bunch of long winded wordy rules for you all to try to read and digest, I have done a condensed version. Basically, I will be telling you how a match works from beginning to end. I will also have a same condensed version of healing rules as well. RWC War Match Set up:1. Find your target. a. When doing this make sure you know your own rank then look on the enemies rosters that I send you and find someone in your rank, or depending on the terms of the war, some times its one up/one down, meaning a warrior/warrior or warrior/corporal. So be sure to read the terms I send out as well. And one other thing make sure you have enough time to complete a match. They take time. If you only have 30 minutes or so that might not be enough so think ahead 2. Find a proctor. a. I will send you a list of proctors (most of the time links for your ease) near the beginning of every war. An enemy proctor or an allie will be fine. But make sure they know the RWC rules. Please don't just run out and grab someone to score the match. 3. Get Healers. a. Decide if you want healers, Then decide on how many. You can have up to as many as five healers, but, your opponent must have the same number of healers as you. Now remember while planing this think of whom you can get and who's available. And don't think that you have to have a healer to fight. I will also send you a list of all healers on our side. 4. Set up an appropriate private room a. Use only the rooms I send you in the prewar notes. Do not use just any old room, you can be AAed, but I will tell you more on that later. 5. Fight !!! a. Just follow the proctors instructions. b. Be sure to read the terms and understand them when you agree to them c. State your rank when asked to. i.e. Victoria DeCroix, LoID, Commander, 2d40, alive and free. Remember, if we are in more then one war at a time, and you have lost in say war a and you have a fight for war b, you cant fight till your free from war a or till war a is over c. Try and always log your fights. The proctor will always log the match, but sometimes things can happen and its good to have a back up log of your match 6. The Terms of the Fight a. Once the log is on Remain quiet until asked to answer questions, such as do you agree to terms, and asked if Ghost (dead) or POWed in any RWC war. b. Make sure the time (including am. or pm), date and the war your fighting in. (keep an eye on that sometimes we will be in more then one war) c. If you see a goof on the proctors part simply type out that will get the proctors attention and keeps things from getting out of hand d. All Matches go twenty rounds, unless there is a tie, then you go round by round till the tie is broken. e. There is a one minute action rule. All that means is you have one minute to type out your action and roll the dice. Now if you know your going to need more time, say you can't type fast, or you want to make it good rping, let the proctor know that you would like a little more then one minute. Most are willing to bend on that. f. 10 minute punt rule. That means if one of the fighters gets punted, the proctor will call out the time and go in two minute increments. If the punted fighter as not returned by the end of ten minutes, the match is forfeited to the opponent. g. Fighters will wait till the beginning of the each round has been stated before taking their strike.
