NOTE:These stats are from the D.C. Heroes and are current as of 1989. I don't know how much he could have changed. He could use more talents (he know how to do EVERYTHING). The most common Complaint I hear is his Low FIghting. Before you judge Notice the Martial Supremecy. You add the 40 you gain from that to the 30 in the Fighting area. He fights (and maybe blocks, I can't remember) with a 70 that puts him in the Am/MN area. That can compete with Captain A any day. I was suprised how low some of his stats crossed over too.
