NOTE: Do you have characters who are trigger happy? Lossing Karma is
a good deterent from killing, the first time. After that what have
you got to lose? I have had players who lost all but 10 karma and
then decided, why bother " I'll put 10 karma into killing that guy."
I like Ghost Rider but Marvel's Spirit of Vengance is a pansy. Always 
whining about "innocent Blood!" D.C.'s isn't so picky. If you are a
murderer you are a target. This character will work real good when
they aren't expecting it. 

Besides I think this guy could kick Ghost Rider's bony butt all across
town. even if he had full power from Medallion of power!
