Looking like short, squat versions of orks, goblins are vicious killers and cunning warriors. They are only found near orkish communities and eagerly work with their larger bretheren. They also enjoy outwitting them and over charging them for the weapons and junk they sell.

Combat
Goblins are capable fighters and excellent sneaks. All goblins have the abilities of 5th level thieves (use the chart on the dm screen). They also work well in groups. This amounts to a bonus to their morale - +1 for every 3 goblins. Their starting morale is 8.
Goblins are capable of being fighters of up to 10th level or thieves of up to 15th. They are also able to be fighter / thieves.
Goblins are also able to become shamans of up to 10th level. They function exactly the same as orkish shamans.
Due to their hardy constitutions, goblins recieve a +2 to all saves, +4 vs. poison. This is not cumulative.

Habitat / Society
Goblins love to play tricks, proving their intelligence. This is how they tend to solve their disputes amongst themselves. They act as merchants for their larger bretheren and tend to have contacts amongst both orcs and standard goblins. This annoys other orcs, but Gruumsh doesn't seem to mind.
However, goblins worship the Spider Goddess, also known as Lolth. They worship Gruumsh as well, but he has been unable to curb their worship of Lolth.
Unlike other orks, goblin shamans are important and accepted parts of the community. They are the spiritual leaders, and live near the chieften of the tribe.

Ecology
Goblins act as the merchants of orcish society. They seek power through trickery and deception. Like their larger bretheren, goblins are also a very warlike species.
