New Power at rank 1	100
Increasing power by 1 rank between rank 2 & 9	5 times the new rank
Increasing power by 1 rank between rank 11 & 19	10 times the new rank
Increasing power by 1 rank between rank 21 & 29	5 times the new rank
Increasing power from rank 9 to 10	250
Increasing power from rank 19 to 20	500
Increasing power from rank 29 to 30	1,000
New Active Skill	10
New Academic Skill	20
Upgrade Existing Skill to World Class	100 x the Number of World Class Skills (Including the new one)

Active skills are Strength or Agility-based skills.
Academic skills are Intellect or Willpower-based.

FBE's Rules on Killing and Response Points
If a character normally wouldn't kill, he gets 0 RP for the adventure.
i.e. Spider-Man, Nightcrawler, Captain America

If a character doesn't normally kill, but will if necessary, he gets 1/2 RP for the adventure.
i.e. Wolverine, Ghostrider, Thor

If a character normally kills, he gets 3/4 RP for the adventure.
i.e. Punisher, Venom

When to give a response bonus and How many Response Points to Give

The character was somewhat successful (won some and lost some)	5	At the end of the session
The hero defeated a minor villain or several normal thugs with no help	1	At the end of the encounter
The hero defeated a minor villain or several normal thugs with help	0	Wadda ya want?!?
The hero defeated a moderate villain with no help	5	At the end of the encounter
The hero defeated a moderate villain with help	1	At the end of the encounter
The hero defeated a major villain with no help	10	At the end of the encounter
The hero defeated a major villain with help	5	At the end of the encounter
