Some partnerships use the jump to 4C as an ace-asking bid. The responses to this would be:
4D = zero or all four aces
4H = one ace
4S = two aces
4NT = three aces
If both partners agree, the continuation of 5C is asking for kings, using the same responses above. Most partnerships agree to utilize Gerber over NT openings ONLY. Other agree that any jump to 4C when clubs has not been bid is ace asking. Make sure you know your partnership agreement before using Gerber.
